Very nice typical Andalucian townhouse/bungalow, WITH TOURIST LISENCE, TOTALY RENOVATED in 2019 in El Faro. ONLY 5min walk to the BEACH.

There are 19 bungalows in the urbanisation and they share a communal pool and a sun terrace.
All the houses are different in this urbanisation so they do not feel like a townhouses but more like bungalows.

There is a storage room next to the kitchen which is used as a washroom and the house has 3 terraces outside. (patio, terrace and roof terrace)
Nice views from the roofterrace (22m2) towards Fuengirola, sea and pool area. Sun all day. The pool area is accesable from the terrace through a small private gate.
There is a larger pool (Olympic size) just 3 min walking from the urbanisation which is open to the homeowners of El Faro during spring, summer and autum.
Low maintanace cost and a mix of nationalities in the urbanisation. I know, i have sold 6 houses in this urbanisation. Also it is a very quiet area.

Only 300 meters to the sea, walking 4-5 min. 2 km from Fuengirola and 5 km from La Cala de MIjas. Malaga airport is only 20 minutes away.
Walkingdistance to bus stop, beach, supermarket and a lot of restaurants and even to Fuengirola. Miramar shoppingcenter is just 25 min walk or 3 min drive.
Nearest beach is 5 min walk, and it has a beach club, Tropicana Beach. A golfcourse is only 3 min drive ...El Chaparral.
El Faro is very close to nature so nice to go walking.
There are however a few easy steps from the parking to the entrance of the house so it is not for HC with weel chair.
